In January 2017 Ho Chi Minh City Open University has welcomed a delegation of SIEFLT. The delegation met with the Rector, Dr. Nguyen Van Phuc, and with the students of Ho Chi Minh City Open University. Rector of SIEFLT, prof. Vladisalav Kovalev, delivered a lecture “Comparative analysis of creation of innovation systems in Russia, Europe and the USA” which was met with much interest by the students and teaching staff of the Ho Chi Minh City Open University. “SIEFLT is interested in developing effective collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Open University, — said Vladislav Kovalev, - in particular in the field of academic exchanges and the organization of joint research projects. The Rector invited Vietnamese colleagues to submit their research papers to the SIELFT Journal - Journal of Legal and Economic Studies.
